Helping You Make Sense of Medicare
Original Medicare

Medicare Part A & Part B
Original Medicare is made up of two parts—Part A and Part B. Part A generally covers inpatient hospital care, skilled nursing facility stays, hospice care, and limited home health services. Part B includes doctor visits, outpatient services, lab tests, preventive screenings, durable medical equipment, and some home health care. While these parts form the foundation of Medicare, they don't cover everything, and there are still deductibles and coinsurance costs. We’ll help you understand exactly what's included—and where you might want additional coverage.
Part C

Medicare Advantage
Medicare Advantage Plans are offered by private insurers approved by Medicare. These plans combine Part A and B into one and often include extra benefits like dental, vision, hearing, wellness programs, and sometimes even transportation or over-the-counter allowances. Some plans also include Part D prescription coverage. We’ll help you evaluate which plans are offered in your area, what they cost, and how they line up with your health needs and preferred doctors.
Prescription Drug Plans

Medicare Part D
Part D helps cover the cost of prescription medications, which is especially important as drug costs continue to rise. Each plan has its own list of covered medications (formulary), along with tiers, copays, and pharmacy networks. Choosing the right plan depends on the medications you take now—and the coverage you may need in the future. We’ll help you compare your options so you're not paying more than necessary or missing out on essential prescriptions.
Medigap Plans

Medicare Supplement
Medigap policies are sold by private companies and are designed to fill the “gaps” in Original Medicare coverage. These can include copayments, coinsurance, and deductibles. Some Medigap plans also offer coverage for medical care when you travel outside the U.S. These plans are ideal for those who want predictable costs and broader protection. We’ll walk you through which Medigap options are available in your state, how pricing works, and how they fit into your overall coverage strategy.
